It's good to develop a prayer rhythm to feed our souls. Be hungry for more, open up in prayer and let God work in our lives .
1) practice the presence, recognising that God is always with us.
2) it is easier to pray with others because of the distractions we face when on our own.
3) set a minimum time requirement for prayer, but have a flexible start time if necessary.

We are to work with God to fight against injustice.
God is not indifferent to suffering and He invites us to join with His beating heart to pray for people in trouble and to go out and help them, and if we are in difficulty, ask God to save us and celebrate our freedom. | |

Big mistake do not prevent God from using us if we have a helpful heart, and God always hears when we cry out in prayer, and responds by taking action .
If we feel lost we need to rediscover what we are called to do, let God define who we are so that we can live life reflecting who we are and who God is. | |
